... I - DON'T - THINK - SO! Way, way, way, way too many other disaster relief charities I can send my money to. WTH do we even need this POTUS one for?
"Reporter - Rosen? - on Brit Hume last night said the presidents' fund will be split between govs of LA (you know she'll spend it well), MS and AL"
See my post #14 - I am truly sorry - it was someone else who was giving this information to Brit not his Grape Vine segment. Now I remember that Brit didn't seem to give the guy enough time to say everything that he was trying to say.
In Brit's Grape Vine report he told about an organization that was raising money for the rescue of ferrets in New Orleans and funds enough to see that ferrets were never again put in situations where they could be harmed in such disasters - or some such tripe.
I cannot understand why they give Clinton any voice.George W Bush is wrong.
Wait until Hillary begins her campaign,Bill will turn his back on Bush's first chance he gets.
Yeah, Brit was rushed and made a point of getting in the Salvation Army performance.
Could you believe that ferret thing? They even want to raise enough money so that ferrets are never again endangered by a natural disaster ... could that be a hoax?? If it isn't, this country is way, way, way too fat.
All I can say is that I hope Karl Rove is a helluva lot smarter than all of us...because, as things are currently, Bush is stepping on his foreskin. Why he didn't keep Brown and in turn blast the 'rats is beyond me.
As things now stand, Bush has accepted the image of cowtowing to Nancy Pelosi...and the rest of the 'rats are going to be jealous and line up for their turn.
Domestic quagmire - one he could have avoided had he shown he had enough balls to slap down the minority party.
