I hated the Brownies for my year in them. Unfortunately, my daughter is due to be one this year because 99% of the girls in her class in her (Catholic) school belong to one troop. I was not going to let her join, but my ex decided that it was a sign of my bad parenting (he wants to get 50/50 custody so he can stop paying his meager child support) that I kept her away from the other girls like that. Grrrrrrr. I am hoping since the troop is girls from the Catholic school and led by one of the moms that it is kept insulated from the BS.

Ronald Radosh a fellow traveler of Horowitiz notes in his book "Commies" that she and her husband a radical Black Marxist and communist fellow traveler. She also was on the executive board of the US Peace Council which is the American affiliate of the Soviet-created World Peace Council. She signed a statement accusing the US of a "history of aggression and genocidal practices aganist people of color around the world".Bill Clinton was actually wanting to appoint her was Secretary of Education. But there was a huge behind the scene power struggle to prevent that. God help the US. We need to educate every one we know about these people. I recommed the above book.
