That explains why the Dems have no problem busing so many urban poor to polling places (sometimes, reportedly, to multiple polling places) in a SINGLE DAY.

Hey I think you have the answer to the next evacuation. Just tell the Dems all the people they bus out can vote when they get off the bus. Buses would have rolled out of the swamps and emptied that dome in minutes.
