...this method would never work in Jersey. See we have to haul our trash hundreds of miles over congested highways in thousands of "municipal waste" trucks driven by illegals to another state so we can pay them. Don't these people who come up with ways to reduce waste realize how much impact an idea like that would have on local crime families? If illegal immigration isn't such a prevalent problem why is it being mentioned so much more often in seemingly unrelated stories? Answer: The corruption is creeping everywhere. It rots people's souls through greed and/or peer pressure and makes formerly trustworthy associates questionable.
Don't blow money with court, just deport.
