Given Iran's nuclear history and support for terrorism, the United States is particularly concerned about Iran providing nuclear technology to other countries, the State Department said on Thursday.

Spokesman Adam Ereli was responding to Iranian media reports quoting President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad as saying that Iran was "ready to transfer nuclear know-how" to fellow Islamic states.

The comment, made during a meeting with Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan on the sidelines of the U.N. summit in New York, comes amid a serious dispute between the West and Iran over Tehran's nuclear intentions.

Somebody should've shot Ahmadinejad while he was here. Now the world will be looking to Israel to solve the problem.

Nope easy fix. First Arab country that attempts to test a nuclear warhead, Medina gets nuked. Any country attempting to use one, Mecca gets nuked

I did two or three searches using FR's search engine BEFORE I posted it. So you tell me; doesn't the FR search engine work for Macintosh users?

Won't work, they smuggle it in in a ISO container and test it here. If it works, Armageddon has arrived. If it doesn't, you have a "dirty" bomb. Either way, no one knows where it came from.

If you propose to go after Iran regardless, why wait?

And therefore bring the Islamic nations one step closer to total annihilation.

Reminds me of a joke I heard a few years back:

Q: Why are there no Arabs on Star Trek?
A: Because Star Trek is set in the future!

That unfortunately is a very real possibility. After a nuke goes off in the US politicians will sit around pointing fingers at each other, and the US will not take any military action. Why ? Because "we" would not want to nuke the wrong country.

The lesson that most will still not learn in the wake of Hurricane Katrina is that people need to be able to take care of themselves. If you need the government to take care of you in an emergency you are toast.
