Game Wardens are law enforcement officers, and as such are cover by the same constitution that covers all law enforcement officers.
It took some of the old boys two trips to civil court before they changed their policy.
There is one other exception, if you have your windows open, and they can see you violation the law, and they do not have time to secure a search warrant, they can go in and seize and arrest.
Jeb has had to watch his kids grow up under a magnifying glass. Public intoxication at 2:00 in the morning on Sixth St. in Austin. I'm just glad it's nothing more serious. Knowing Austin, I do wonder about the possibility of a set-up. But it's not like it doesn't happen early and often in the entertainment districts of any large College town. Anyone know if he's attending UT?
