One time 47% tax if you lived in CA for the last 5 years and have 40M+ ? What ? Additional 1.7% tax if you made more than 400K ? What the hell ? Better still:a tax which is structured in such a way as to ensure that nobody who votes,or registers,as a democRAT,can have a net worth of more of more than $800,000 or a net annual income of more than $75K per household.
