I was out of town this weekend for a guys' weekend away. Had a wonderful time and got back last night. Was overjoyed to play with the kids and had a good day today.
On enforced vacation this week - my vacation balance is out of control and I need to use some. So it's a good start to the week!

We could meet here.
The reason I mention this is because I know Jack and especially his daughter Ness.
Ness was the first Navy wife I met here in Virginny. The first time we met, we ditched our husbands and watched rugby. Hehe!
Ness and her husband are the godparents of Timmy. She sends me stuff from Jack's all the time.
They just do things better on the Pacific Ocean.

It seems weird, but since last week my longing to return the Islands has grown considerably. I'm not sure if it's the threat of having to move to Texas or the thought that my kids will have to grow up either on the Gulf of Mexico or the Atlantic Ocean.
I guess once you've been raised on the Pacific Ocean...no other ocean will do.
Guess what foolish thing I did?? I ordered some really awful coffee from The Bad Ass Coffee Company for my Aunt Vesi. She likes that coffee..Yucky! Do you like it? John loves their mugs, but not the coffee. LOL!
