And .. not only that .. the answer to his question is - a lousy democrat for a Governor and a Mayor. While over in Texas you have a republican who believes in being prepared AND HE'S NOT AFRAID TO ASK FOR FEDERAL ASSISTANCE - FOR FEAR THE FEDS WILL GET ALL THE CREDIT.
This is one of the dems major failings - they are too worried about getting credit for things - and they certainly don't want GW to get any credit for anything. Guess they'd rather have people drown.

Reid wants to handicap the Texans, so that at least as many people are in trouble, percentage wise that is, as were in NO. Its only fair! Maybe by inverted race quotas - lots of whites in this one, like 90% or so. Just makes sense to the DUmmies.
