To: Know your rights

Thinking the ship sailed on Pot smoking when the Indians were smoking it, and hasn't come back to port since.

I'd rather legalize pot (with the same restrictions as alcohol) and focus on the stronger stuff. It's not that I smoke it, or want anyone to smoke it, but rather I favor falling back to defensible lines.

I truly believe the alcohol industry is behind the war on pot. They stand to lose BIGGEST if pot is ever legalized. Who wants to drink an entire 12 pk when you can just eat a "special brownie" and feel GREAT and not have a hangover the next day.

Stopping pot is probably not worth it, if the same effort directed elsewhere could stop more meth and crack instead. I don't mean as in wink at it, I mean as in wipe the pot laws off the books.

"... but rather I favor falling back to defensible lines."

Then get used to it.

After the legalization of pot, you'll have no rational reason not to allow peyote, shrooms, nitrous, Ecstacy, LSD, and all the other soft drugs.

Why stop there? Why not legalize pedophila, LSD, and drive-by shootings?!?
