Would be a good idea, if Farrakhan and his "group" agree to fund this non-white city instead of us. I didn't think so.

One serious problem with this theory. No one heard the big "BOOM!" There were reporters crawling over this. A blast big enough to blow the levees would have certainly have not gone unnoticed. Very likely could be seen on a seismograph.
