This is a great letter. Thank you to your family for all you have done for our Country.

She was sitting down at a table reading a letter at one of those ''basement''. fake hearings where that idiot Conyers was in charge. It was on the'' Downing Street memo''. TOM Hayden was present . along with the usual suspects.

I remember seeing the photo posted on FR. Those were "mock impeachment" hearings. Tom Hayden was standing back in the corner.

Your letter is very compassionate toward Cindy, and very informative to me. I hope Cindy reads it, and that it reaches deep inside her to the person she apparently was before she "arrived" on the national scene.

I have compassion for Cindy, because of what I learned in your letter; and, because of what she was so foolishly willing to sacrifice, at the behest of the political enemies of everything her son fought and died to preserve. How very sad.

Beautiful letter, Linda. God bless you, your family and especially your sons for the sacrifices you all are making for this great nation. God bless Joe Williams and the memory of his valiant warrior son, Mike. May he rest in peace.

Although Cindy and the Veterans for Peace have created many spectacles to oppose the Bush administration and the War on Terror, they have absolutely NO AUTHORITY to dishonor any of our troops, past or present. The protestors' pathetic performances are aided and abetted by a salivating media.

None of what they do has to do with truth and has no power to touch or tarnish the honor of our soldiers. Casey Sheehan died honorably in service to this nation, and will be remembered with pride and gratitude. May he rest in peace.

I had an argument with a neighbor and he suggested that I needed FR, Rush and Mark Levin to see the truth. He said I was a good guy but needed my facts straight on some things.

I agreed to switch for a week from DU and Err America. Something just clicked and I started to doubt the Moore/MoveOn people. They all just seemed so depressing and hateful after that. The posters on FR seemed like geniuses after being used to the awful potty-mouth DUmmies.

However, I wasn't fully changed until after the election results came in. After seeing how the DUmmies reacted after the election, I knew I could never go back. A small part of me was actually relieved that Bush won even though I voted for Kerry.

Unfortunately, my neighbor moved and I never got to thank him. I don't know if he's a posting FReeper or just a lurker.

Thank you for this letter. I'm the mom of three veterans (1 Army 2 Marines) and it hurts me to see how she is dragging Casey's name through the mud. I hope she reads your letter and it sinks in but I'm afraid she is too far gone for that. Thank your sons for their service!!!!!

I don't think it has a professional tone at all. It was written with heartfelt emotion. The woman is obviously well educated, that may be the reason you feel that it has a professional tone.
