McCain once again fulfilling his publicity hound propensities. He meets w/Cindy to differentiate his approach to that of the Prez's, and at the same time makes sure he disagrees with her, knowing she'll come out of the meeting saying that, and hopes it will look good with the base. So he appeals to the center by meeting w/her, and attempts to look good to the conservative base by repudiating what she says. A twofer from his perspective. That is, if the base is stupid enough not to figure this out. He can snooker the middle who don't know better, but not those in the political know. We're onto McCain, bigtime.
