Thanks snugs! I had to miss the swearing-in on television today, so I am really grateful for the pictures!
It was a light hearted remark, not at all a criticism. I am delighted, as always, with the Dose.
Thanks so much, snugs, for all the work. An eventful day!
Mrs. Roberts looks truly happy, almost radiant. I am so glad to see it. A smile just changes her completely. She must be so enormously relieved and happy that this ordeal is over.
W does have an odd expression on his face, doesn't he. He looks both touched and extremely relieved, as well as maybe a little stressed out.
Glad to see you Eleanor. When there was the delay(You are usually early) I was afraid there might be a medical emergency w/your parents. I am FINALLY getting the cauliflower dish underway. Onions saute in butter & caul steaming...
Wasn't the President wonderful today? How nice it is to have a decent human being up there amid all of the screeching madness of the other side. Thanks so much for all of the hard work it takes to do the dose for us!!!
I honestly think he's relieved that Rita wasn't worse and that the death toll for Katrina was as low as it was (many articles written long before Katrina predicted a death toll in the tens of thousands if New Orleans flooded). I suspect life is looking much better for him than it was a week or so back!
VP Cheney looks pretty happy. Good to see him out and about. Surprised Lynn was not with him. President certainly needed some good new today. He looks drained.
I was thinking that too. I couldn't quite figure out what that expression meant but he did look very pleased.
Be patience you will there are a couple of lovely photos of him LOL

I know it was don't worry but I was just explaining to all why I was a bit late tonight
Come on John, get in step would ya'?
I think it is a look of relief, amusement and "cat ate the canary" all rolled into one.
He needed this win today.
