The only issue that David Gibbs can ever remember Jesse Jackson and Rush Limbaugh agreeing on was the fact that Terri Schiavo should remain alive.

[When people say Ms. Schiavo received due process that is not true because the state is not permitted to have such a process, period. For any state to have a process that executes a person or citizen unconvicted of a crime is not a matter of due process because there can be no such process. The 14th Amendment mandates that the right to life be protected by the federal government if a state materially fails in its duty to secure the inalienable right to life. For any federal judge to fail in that 14th Amendment duty is "bad behavior" and criminal negligence. When the federal courts treated the matter pro forma as a procedural one rather than one of substantive rights, the courts materially breached their duty to a person who is also a citizen of the United States under the 14th Amendment with both personhood and citizenship rights. In light of the fact that the federal judges' malfeasance has materially redefined (by inaction) something as fundamental to all persons and American citizens as the right to life, and demonstrated by precedent that the federal courts criminally disregard their duty to uphold the right to life, they have failed to maintain the standard of good conduct required of a federal judge and forfeited the respect and obedience of the American people. Yes, it's true, and happens over and over again. Back around Easter, many were noticing the symbolism in the names of many people involved in this. And the names were often suggestive of their role in the whole thing. Sometimes, suggestive of good behavior too. I was struck by the name of the boy who got arrested for taking water to Terri.

There was much symbolism (clues) in the timing of events, too. Yes, there's plenty out there for those with eyes and ears.

Yes, it explains it well. I'd like to add that there were some whose motives weren't just focused on one person, Terri Schindler. There were some who were focused on getting a judicial precedent that could be applied more widely.

I have a distant relative who has been physically handicapped from birth. Birth was 45 years ago. Owns his own business now that benefits other people. People who might have not been benefitted at all in a world run by Mr. Lister's sort. Gotta stop it. It's a worldwide fight.

The morning crew on WFLA 970 am radio was having a discussion about the assisted suicide issue before the US Supremes. Ted Webb made my day. One of them mentioned Terri Schiavo and he said "Well, that was assisted murder."

Jack Harris who does Hospice's radio ads said "Well, uh, blah, blah, blah, "the withholding of something, blah, blah, blah." Jack Harris shilling for Hospice makes me sick.

Ted Webb told it like it is. Terri was starved and dehydrated to death, yes, withhholding is a stealth way to say it.

TED WEBB, is fabulous and that took guts to say point blank, knowing that JACK HARRIS is regularly shilling away for the merchants of death.

What I'm afraid of is that the Pinellas GOP is lining up candidates for next year's state races who are going to always back up Greer so that the Fla House never impeaches Greer.

The feds need to indict Greer because he owns the State of Florida and they will never do their duty.

Re: 105. Thanks. If we don't stay on our elected leaders, they'll put disabled rights on the back burner. Terri didn't get due process, Michael Schiavo got the gift of a lifetime. The entire United States helped him dispose of his wife.
