He was a sick puppy.
Now we need to know was he sick by himself or did some imported jihadists make him sick.

Ellison said the man asked about ammonium nitrate, but couldn't offer a reason why he needed it.
Given all the news after the Oklahoma City bombing, this jackass out to be horsewhipped just for being so stupid.

I am listening to Rick Roberts subbing for Michael Savage today.
Roberts said Jihad materials were found in the bomber's apartment.
Someone posted in the live thread Saturday that they talked to the bomber's frat brothers and they said he was not associated with Islam.

Apparently, there is still more info to come to light on this.

Predators are skilled at recognizing weakness. He was likely very suggestible and open to their efforts. Children of academic lefties are uniquely malleable in this regard, a literal empty vessel waiting to be filled; think John Walker Lindh.

"there is no known link between Hinrichs and any terrorist or extremist organization(s) or activities."
Neither was the unibomber or Eric Rudolph and according to FBI claims Tim McVeigh.

Maybe that's the out word on that one. Maybe they don't have any links that they want to KNOW for public consumption right now. That's ok as long as (a) they have a good but temporary reason for keeping people in the dark (to track down perps and build the links); (b) they come clean when they do know what's up.
Recent evidence suggests they may never let it out. But I think this one is just too public, with too many loose ends, they will have to release what they know because there are too many people who know pieces of it. There is also going to be heavy, heavy pressure from the Univ of Oklahoma administration to keep the wraps on this one.

Didn't he note during the Fraternity's minutes about trying to buy "ammo" on Ebay, and some guy maybe getting his address?

Obviously the guy behind the counter who never called the FBI to investigate.
If you can find pieces of Hinrichs, flog them too.

Yep, particularly in OK, I'd think. We've fallen asleep again.

I saw an interview with a palestinian failed female suicide bomber a while back and couldn't help but feel a small bit of pity for her.
She had been severely burned in an accident and Israeli doctors saved her life. When she returned to the west bank Hamas immediately targeted her. The said she was ugly, would never have a family because no man would ever want her and on and on. They told her that the Israeli doctors should have allowed her to die. Finally they convinced her to go back and kill the doctors who saved her life.
I'm not sure if she failed, got caught, or simply gave up but I got the impression she felt true remorse over the whole thing.
