When the President floated Gonzalez a couple of weeks ago, she said he received all kinds of negative comments from conservatives in the beltway that it would not be good to have a crony like that be nominated.
So as an in your face move, he nominates a "real" crony that has no judicial experience, is his personal laywer and the WH is touting her experience as a councilman.
Who knows......
