Channel 9 and The Daily Oklahoman are two seperate media companies that have a combined website. The newspaper side doesn't seem especially interested in the terrorism angle, possibly because of their ties to OU. The stadium at OU is named after the Gaylords (the Oklahoman's owners). The tv channel has videos that are clearly aimed at the terrorism angle in the bombing.
The average Journalist is an atheistic, liberal, America-hating radical.
They don'T want Americans to become aware of the Islamic menace among us.
This is reminiscent of the Oklahoma city bombing. The Muslims recruit an American nutjob and use him.

Hypothetically, picture one email being written that said:

Picture it being cc'd to a couple of cells...perhaps in different time zones...and obviously encrypted in a painstaking procedure (hence, just one email).

While I agree with your border sentiment, this kid was from Colorado.
At this point any violence any mosques or muslims here in the US recieve is more than well earned. It's overdue.

It probably wasn't an OU specific plot. It was just a target of convenience given that Al Qaeda has active cells in Oklahoma City, Tulsa and Norman and for some strange reason are coddled by University autorities and the Feds.
True, they do tend to have an agenda, and this doesn't fit it. But that doesn't explain the silence from the big name right wing names...Rush, Hannity, Humes etc. (I'm going from other reports that they've been silent I haven't been able to listen to them during the day at work)
As it is... they would LOVE it if the government would try to shut them up. It would make for their biggest headlines ever.
I'm not sure what I think about some level of cooperation between the press and the govt - even in the name of national security. On one hand, I agree they'd like nothing more than to shout from the headlines about government coverup - especially with a foe in the white house, and I have a hard time believing that everyone would go along with it. If David Gregory, Molly Ivans, Helen Thomas etc couldn't get something past their ed's they'd just blog about the outrageous attempt at cover up. I'd like to think that we could all play together in the name of national security, but I have real doubts. And then I don't honestly know what I think about a free press that would cooperate to such a degree with a government request. That's a pretty scary loss of a check on the government.
Clearly I'm not sure what exactly I think about this:) Either way - whether the story is missing because of cooperation with the government, or just because covering it is potentially problematic for their PC agenda - I can come up with reasons to have some concerns over the coverage. There are lots of maybes.
IMHO...I wouldn't say AGAINST Oklahoma, but isn't it interesting that the 3rd terrorist from the Okla. City bombing looked like he was Middle Eastern descent...
Then, Steve Emerson, and others have said that Oklahoma has had many terrorists staying in the same hotels...
Now, this guy, in Oklahoma....maybe there are lots of Feed Stores...OR they think it is a such an "ordinary" state...that they won't be as noticed...
who knows...but there are lots of coincidental happenings in Oklahoma involving Middle Eastern men, or in this case, someone with jihadist materials and literature, suicide by bombing....

Correction (according to the original post)..it was 7:20 when the bomb went off. 7:30 was prayer time at the Norman mosque according to their own site. I posted the info yesterday and am too lazy to find it again right now. If this really interests any Freeper sleuths, I will backtrack it.

And if white raisins is the correct translation, there really are going to be some mighty PO'ed martyrs.
Them there martyrs are going to be mighty PO'ed when they encounter the white raisins with their passions all prepared for virgins.
He might also want to consider how effective cover-ups are throughout history. Getting caught covering up something is ALWAYS worse than being the dumb-ass who did the thing in the first place. Hell, he's a victim here just like all the other folks at OU, until he starts hiding things. Then he becomes a perp.
