So in other words it does NOTHING to protect the rights of UGLY BALD men and prevent discrimination against us!
Yep. FWIW, I don't get any new "special rights" either :-(
Here's a few more new GLBT laws recently signed:

I'm certainly in no rush. Whenever you're ready is fine by me. I suspect it's an exercise in futility, but it's your time to do with as you please!
Given that they are both several years ahead in school, they have plenty of time.
Yes, I just went back and read over the thread before Torie's ping, because I was curious about why you kept referring to yourself in the plural. Anyhow, it is unfortunate that you've chosen this presentation for your kids, not so much because you will evidently give them a misconceived perception of premodern sexuality, which is typical anyhow, but because you will evidently give them a severely distorted conception of Roman history, which is much more regrettable. Granted, it's really not that big of a deal unless they actually plan to become historians.
Although the optimistic view is that your research will lead you to an accurate portrayal of the relevant history. That'd be good!
Frankly, I haven't read any of those works, so much of what I have said comes from having read their work (including the citations). I spend most of my time questioning them for the completeness and internal consistency of their logic and citations. I picked the first few books (Tacitus, Cicero, Caesar, etc.) and their curiosity has led me to procure the rest with advice from several sources (including you). I will tell you that they have found inconsistencies and blind spots in your posts.
You quite apparently don't have a clue about how home education works.
No, I probably don't. In fact, I know nothing about how home education works, except that it works at home, and typically very well. LOL
Back to the point, the inconsistencies and blind spots that they believe to have found are almost certainly due to nothing more than that I haven't been writing a journal article, but a series of disjointed, train-of-thought posts. If nothing else, the number of backtrack clarifications I've posted should be indicative of that.
Whatever the case, although our debate here has certainly been adversarial, I would be happy to review the work itself if you want me to. It's entirely up to you and y'all can do whatever you want with whatever feedback I give you (usually my feedback is in rather mild form, such as "have you considered this [insert point to ponder]"). My time is *very* tight right now and for the rest of this month, but I would do my best to fit it in, mainly because I enjoy the topic and am quite interested to see what they've come up with.
That would probably be more instructive than our disputes here. In any event, if you're interested freepmail me and I will give you an email address. That's assuming they have some kind of draft written up already.
Yes, but not nearly done. They've changed the thesis twice already. The data made them do it. It may do it again.
Our intent is to do our best, post it on FR, and suffer the challenges, as we've done in the past. You are free to guess her age at the time.
Yikes! The idea of suffering through Dickens, however vicariously, is so distressing that I might just have to go to bed right this moment. My guess is that she's far too young to endure such torment. =)
If you remember, ping me along to the final draft whenever it gets posted. Meanwhile, I'm sure you'll let me know whenever the reply is prepared for my above comments, so I'll get back to you thereafter, of course.
Yup. She was almost ten.
Really? Well then that is quite impressive from what I scanned of that writing. Sounds like a very promising young lady.
NattieShea would be the first to tell you, she is no genius. She's a bright kid who got fed properly. What she is doing is what we should be expecting of most any kid. Her little sister may be smarter (she's certainly more synthetic), but she's been too erratic to show us much yet. This cooperative effort has been good for both of them.
i dont like gays and i dont beleive in any of there rights
