The problem with that particular stretch of border is that it doesn't have cell-tower coverage.
But the film, if it indeed exists, will tell the story.
I talked with our friend and co-worker on Friday, and he says the incident is on tape. He says that several national news organizations are bidding for the tape.

These were the better disciplined soldiers probably protecting a drug run. They are the ones trained by those
we trained at the School Of The Americas. They will kill you without a thought.
Though the true number is fervently hidden the amount of these incursions into our country by Mexican Army/former Mex Army mercenaries has been estimated at somewhere between seventy and 115 during the last decade (the incidents reported). The Border Patrol desperately needs our military's assistance. In that role the military wouldn't come close to violating the Posse Comitatus Act.
So let it be written, so let it be done.
