Rush's problem is that HE WANTED A FIGHT.
A lot of conservatives are upset that we may not have to have a bloody knowdown-dragout fight with the dems.
Somehow they think that the conservative movement needs a fight for the USSC more than it needs a conservative justice on it.
I can see how that may 'appear' that way, and there may be a few people that fall into that definition but in truth I don't think that's it. I do strongly feel that the 'objecting conservatives' WANT some assurance, some track record, especially in light of the large number of candidates that are out there.
