Love Boaters Should be Benched..(Reaction to the Vikings recent boating incident)
Yahoo! Sports ^ | 10/13/05 | GeorgiaDawg32

Any Viking involved in what supposedly happened on that boat, and any Viking who wasn't involved but didn't try to stop what was happening, should be booted from the active roster.

Still pay them, if that's what is needed to satisfy union requirements. But under no circumstances allow them on the field to represent the Minnesota Vikings.

Try zero.

One lawyer hired by the restaraunt after the media got ahold of this story and were parked in droves in their parking lot.

The only reason the crew is talking to the attorney at this point is to answer questions for the investigators.

But if these thugs keep calling them liars and slanderers I'd guess all bets are off. If the Vikings organization had any brains they'd tell the players to shut up and issue an apology to the crew for anything they might have experienced and state that they're investigating.

Instead they act like the thugs they are.

I don't think it's about money. Tiger Woods has more $ than all these Viking morons put together. He doesn't go around
acting like a thug. Then again, comparing football and golf
players is probably apples and oranges.

Does anybody else find it ironic that a Viking would be having trouble with a boating incident?

Does anyone else find it ironic that after the Vikings have traded away a supposed "cancer", they can't seem to win (or even hold onto the ball), nor stay out of trouble (whizzinator, the sex boat, etc).....

See #17 and then tell me how horrified you'd be if it was your daughter.

These guys believe they have no rules. No laws. No common decency in front of people in a public place where there are people that aren't participating or expecting this behavior.

I guess the crew could have just walked away. In the middle of the lake.

You've got that right. I'll take Randy Moss and his volunteer work at the Children's Cancer Center at the Mayo Clinic every day of the week over these pompous asses.

You've got that right. Oh I'm sure every sport has their rotton apples, but it sure seems like the NFL got more than their share.

And the coaches and other players that make excuses for them are no better than the thugs.

yeah and for all his faults, Randy would NEVER do this kinda stuff. I mean he was living in retirement communities so people would leave him alone.

ESPN reported the football players were receiving and PERFORMING oral sex.

I highly doubt they were peforming oral sex on the strippers. They aren't called the Viqueens for nothing.

" Nobody who has had sex should be allowed to play in the NFL!

Its not just about the sex...

This was a public boat in a public place with a crew of young adults that we exposed to this behavior... Professional football players doing this in public is a morally reprehensible act...It would be a different story if it were on a private craft of one of the players on a private lake.

What would you suggest we tolerate next watching them rape the cheerleaders on the sideline...

That is where the kind of logic that you have displayed leads... (unless of course you were being sarcastic in which case you should include a sarcasm tag at that end of the line.)

The whole thing was depraved and disgusting. And on top of it all, the poor boat employees who found themselves in a horrific situation. I think the players should be cut. They are animals. No, worse than animals. At least animals don't rent a boat and subject innocent bystanders to despicable things.

Yes, these are public boats that are rented by companies for employee parties, or by people who are having a wedding reception, that type of thing. Public boats. Public lake. Public employees on the boats.

Yes it was....

it was not a private boat. The players PAID to be on it.
