Forty-two percent (42%) of American adults approve of the way George W. Bush is performing his role as President. That's the lowest level recorded ever recorded by Rasmussen Reports.

He's damaged goods, no doubt about it ... and he has only himself to blame. One bone headed political blunder after another ... starting with his inept handling of the Katrina situation and now the farcical Miers nomination to the SC.

You're absolutely right...he just should have stayed out of his and Rove's hurricane making machine, then blowing up the leevees was a bit of an overkill IMHO./sarc
