CONWAY Assured that the Maine man discovered at the bottom of an Albany outhouse in June would receive psychiatric treatment, a district court judge accepted a negotiated plea agreement yesterday from Gary Moody, 45.
Anyone who was in the ladies toilet is a victim and females at large are victims and they have heightened scrutiny for fear of what they might find there, Judge Pamela Albee said. I think Mr. Moody requires treatment.
Moody pleaded no contest in the District Court of Northern Carroll County to criminal trespass, stemming from an incident in which he entered a vault under the womens bathroom at Lower Falls in the White Mountain National Forest.
Authorities found the Gardiner man in the waste vault, wearing waders. He claimed he was looking for his wifes ring.

He was a "victim" and "deserves compassion". God help us all.

Maybe he was considered a victim because with waders he couldn't swim. He could only go through the movements.

Actually, years ago I read an article, probably on Free Republic (where else you gonna find such breaking news) where a woman lost a ring in such a toilet, and paid several men to go retrieve it for her. Well, two of them died! Seems like a layer of methane gas existed in the tank that cut off their air supply.
What a lousy way to die!

Many years ago there was a high profile divorce trial going on with some lurid tales hitting the newspapers (I don't remember the name). Seems hubby was a bit of a pervert, had built a toilet "box" that he could sit in while his wife $hit on him. They were selling t-shirts that said "I rode the box at the Smith trial!" I think this was about the same time the mechanical bull in bars craze was going on and there were "I rode the bull" t-shirts being sold.

This settlement is subject to scrutiny and a healthy share of bathroom humor." That judge is right on top of things, ain't she? I wonder which Dimlycrap gubernator appointed her? Must have been our former queen, Jeanne Shaheen.

It is almost 100 percent sure that he would favor a living, breathing Constitution that protects his style of entertainment, (you prudes, you probably still think this is deviant).
Liberals (if they were consistant)will soon demand that -human rights- dictate that we allow for his lifestyle choice- after all no one was really hurt and he didn't rape or kill anyone. He was just looking for his ring, ya know.
This guy is Bill Clinton without the money and privilege.
