The girly boys in the legislature and SF would be so intimidated by this woman, they might pass a law saying that she is a hate crime walking around with a sign.

Goskomizdat (State Committee for Publishing Houses, Printing Plants, and the Book Trade), in conjunction with the Union's secretariat, made all publishing decisions; the very allocation of paper became a hidden censorship mechanism. Glavlit (Main Administration for Literary and Publishing Affairs), created in 1922, was responsible for censorship, which came later in the creative process. The party's guidance had already affected the process long before the manuscript reached the censor's pen. The Soviet censorship system was thus more pervasive than that of the tsars or of most other recent dictatorships.

Private sector unions have been on the decline for more than 20 years as the share of people employed in manufacturing has declined. The public sector unions of today are even worse as they specialize in sucking the tax payer dry. The California Democrat party is controlled by parasitic public sector unions which mostly exist to protect incompetence.

That's not surprising at all. I witnessed one of ANSWER's "security guards," in a similar neon vest, rip up a Protest Warrior's sign.
