"You're thinking the same thing I am. Jaime Gorelick being on their Board of Directors makes Schlumberger very interesting indeed. Even if they are not named they could have some link to Marc Rich?"

There is a whole lot of left wing baggage with Schlumberger besides Gorelick. I believe that it is still French controlled and probably has a lot of elite left wing limo share holders.

It is the real evil oil service provider, while Haliburton is the MSM scapegoat.

The companies came from Thailand, Malaysia, Russia, Belarus, Syria, Canada and many other places.

"Only one of those 2,200 companies need have done business with Joe Wilson or his girl Val for everything to become crystal clear. He went to Niger to cover his or his handler's a$$."

EXACTLY!! I have been thinking the same thing and have posted about it. Wonder where we can get a list of the companies?

Speaking of Father Benjamin:

SEPTEMBER 7, 2001 : (ITALY : THIS IS THE DATE FATHER JEAN-MARIE BENJAMIN LATER CLAIMS HE WAS TOLD OF 9/11 ATTACKS NOT ONLY ON THE US BUT ALSO ON THE UK IN ADVANCE; HE ALSO CLAIMS HE TRIED TO WARN GOVERNMENT) A priest who has worked in charities in Muslim countries had openly warned about a possible terrorist attack on population centers in the United States and England -- four days before the horrific raids on New York and Washington.
On Sept. 7, when he officiated at a wedding in Todi, Italy, French-born Father Jean-Marie Benjamin, 55, explained informally to a judge and several politicians that he had been told that a terrorist commando was preparing an attack, with hijacked passenger planes, on U.S. and British population centers.
...The priest said he had no idea where the attacks would take place specifically. The individuals he met -- whose identity and country he did not reveal to the press -- only mentioned the United States and England, and the use of suicide planes. According to what the priest has learned, the attack on Great Britain failed at the last minute.
Father Benjamin told ZENIT that in recent months the organization of Muslim terrorist groups has changed. "In the past, these organizations had autonomous activity, without any links to other bodies," he explained. "But now they have developed a very different apparatus."
"Bin Laden alone is linked to 70 of his organizations in some 30 countries," he added. "In turn, these groups are in touch with some 900 Muslim organizations, located in all the continents, and they have thousands of militants, some of whom are Westerners, who do not have an Arab surname and who don´t even believe in Islam." The priest also said that bin Laden is not the only point of reference of these organizations. If he should be killed or arrested, the organization -- with thousands of volunteers and activists in 30 countries -- would continue to operate. This situation makes it extremely difficult to respond to the attacks.
The priest recalled: "They told me, ´We do not need atomic bombs or laser-guided missiles. We have enough volunteers and organization to react and put an end to the West in three days.´" The priest said he believed they were exaggerating on the last point. "Although I am friendly with many Muslims, I wondered why they were telling me, specifically," he added. "I felt it my duty to inform the Italian government." The priest lives most of the time in Assisi. --- ZENIT, http://www.zenit.org/english/visualizza.phtml?sid=9943

father Benjamin's involved with these loons:

JUNE 2004 : (ITALY : ANTI-IMPERIALIST CAMP ORGANIZERS ARE COLLECTING FUNDS FOR THE IRAQI PATRIOTIC ALLIANCE, A COMMUNIST GROUP OF EXILED IRAQIS WHO RECONCILED WITH SADDAM HUSSEIN) Organizers of the Anti-Imperialist Camp still are collecting funds for the IPA, asking for the equivalent of $12 from each participant, Libero reported recently. It said the contributions were going into a special bank account but did not say where they went from there.
The intelligence official confirmed the newspaper report and said the funds were being transferred to Iraq.
Other militants of the anti-imperialist movement are active as IPA supporters in Austria and Germany and make no secret that funds they gather are used to buy weapons for Iraqi guerrillas, intelligence sources said.
It is not clear why Italian authorities have tolerated the fund-raising activities. In Italy and Germany, raising funds for a foreign terrorist organization is a crime.
Among those frequently donating funds to the Iraqi resistance are militants from the hard-line Rifondazione Comunista, unreconstructed Marxists who broke away from the Italian Communist Party mainstream when it ditched orthodox communist thought and changed its name to the Democratic Party, the article said.
One of the most vociferous leaders of the [June 2004] Anti-Imperialist Camp is Moreno Pasquinelli, an activist arrested April 1 in the Umbrian city of Perugia as part of an international crackdown on sympathizers with the Revolutionary People's Liberation Party/Front (DHKP/C), a Turkish Marxist terror gang. He subsequently was released. "It is not our business to know what use is made of the funds," Libero quoted him as saying. "They can print newspapers or buy weapons, it is the same thing for us." --- "Al Qaeda seeking funds in Italy," By John Phillips, THE WASHINGTON TIMES, June 12, 2004, http://washingtontimes.com/world/20040612-113949-4683r.htm
