I wonder how much corruption goes on at the CIA. Whenever you have an organization with that much power and that much secrecy, there are bound to be problems. If I was Goss I'd be hooking up every flunky at Langley to a lie detector. I actually hope they're just stupid and not malicious, of course, worst case scenario is that the CIA is both.
