Lawmakers Suabble over Ref C Booty

"Booty" describes Ref C perfectly. Booty for politicians. By the way, what's to squabble over? I thought they knew exactly what the money would be spent for. They better scramble to spend that money before the prisons open up all of their doors, classrooms are moved to cardboard boxes, and the elderly start claiming spots under Woodmen bridge.

D'OH - Owens thinks taking on more borrowing is a defeat?? I'd sure like to see what a victory would be. The bipartisan political class can't even agree on what to spend the new windfall on. That's only saving grace from the passage of Referendum C.
