It will probably kill any germs in your system too! I once made jalapeno jelly without gloves on (stupid stupid STUPID!) I'm quite careful with peppers now....

I never use gloves in the kitchen ~ yes susie, don't rub your eyes and other tender parts when handling hot peppers. ;)
A little liquid detergent works pretty good in removing the hot stuff. ;)
