You better believe the nursing home already knows June's position on forced exits. It looks like they are trying to use her dad to set an example, much the way Florida's culture of death used the Schindler's and Terri to set an example.

This is an assault on June's dad and also on June's wall to wall coverage of SCHIAVO-GATE.

I just called the Eden Park Health nursing home for Gerard Maxam. It might be good to ping the phone #. It is 518-793-5163.

I just said don't allow Gerard Maxam to be dehydrated and starved. Maybe some of you are better talkers than I, but it's important to stand up and be counted.

I've got to be away from the pc so maybe someone can see if there is any agency which might be able to move based on the nursing home "Not" seeking treatment for Mr. Maxam for the stroke. How did they even know he had a stroke if they didn't seek treatment? Some details confusing me.

How in the world did they get his proxy changed?
Can someone email the NCG article to Hannity? Beck, Savage?

Eden Park is owned by a Scott Hoffman...there are more Eden Parks...fyi to self.

What a joke. Terri was forced to remain silent. She was not allowed to be seen or heard. McCarthy says people need to understand you have options. Well, Michael Schiavo and Greer saw to it that Terri had only one option - that option was death. I'm so sick of these ghouls.

Thanks for the information on June's father, 8mmMauser. I'm so sorry to hear of her father's stroke. I read June's letter to the nursing home and was shocked to learn what they are doing. Are they nuts or what?

June has my prayers and support. I've always admired what she did for Terri. If only we had people like June in the MSM, this country wouldn't be in the shape it's in.

Franken isn't even talented. How dare he make fun of someone who can't walk? And who was killed no less?

Is anyone in contact with Sean Hannity or Newsmax.com? I don't know if it's worth the trouble to contact Joe Scarborough. He didn't seem to be too involved re: Terri. Dr. Keyes has been contacted about June Maxam's father. Other people are trying to help June.

AS IT TURNS OUT, THE NURSING HOME WHERE JUNE'S DAD is at, THEY wrote a power of attorney for themselves even though June is clearly his caregiver! They are breaking the law up there at the Eden Nursing Home. There is ALSO A NEW YORK GREER-TYPE JUDGE who signed off on the dehydration order.

The nursing home lied and said that her dad couldn't swallow. That's false.

If anyone wants to help, please think of a way to help. A call to action has gone out via email and needs to go out here, because June's dad is being denied nutrition and water RIGHT NOW.

Please take the time to pray for her dad and maybe we can think of phone numbers and contact info for Monday. HOW ABOUT THE U.S. DOJ?

Apparently, Jacksonville doesn't have a State Attorney like Pinellas Cty's Bernie McCabe who was part of the plan to exit Terri out. Jax's state attorney is at least entertaining the idea that the spouse is up to no good. In Pinellas County, they were hands off Michael Schiavo - he must have had the goods on the lot of them. It had to be blackmail for them to help a piece of work like HINO.

We need something going to the USDOJ regarding Mr. Maxam's Civil Rights being violated by the nursing home and the judge in that New York County. I guess we could flood them with emails. Or, do we know the teacher who filed the paperwork with the USDOJ? Maybe she could help us out. Terri's civil rights investigation of HHS is pending. We don't know if it's a real investigation or a faux one.

How about New York's State's Atty or Elderly Affairs in New York? We need help from New York freepers.

I heard that Eden did their own power of attorney which would make sense if Mr. Maxam had no next of kin. But, Mr. Maxam DOES HAVE NEXT OF KIN. They are violating the law to write their own power of attorney and act as his health care surrogate over his person.

This is the DEATH CARE SYSTEM on parade. They used to treat stroke patients, not torture them!

Terri had a right to appear in court but Judge Greer wouldn't allow it and that was one reason her wheelchair remained broken and J. Greer NEVER MADE MICHAEL SCHIAVO OR JODI CENTONZE be deposed last year. They treated Terri like a thing. Under the ADA, Terri had the right to access to the courthouse. Judge Greer violated her rights under the ADA which is just the tip of the iceberg. INDICT JUDGE GREER, what more can I say? He's a criminal on the bench.
