Bush needs to go on primetime TV and give a speech in which he shows large pictures of the uranium. We don't seem to be doing anything to stop this and he is in the process of building several new refineries, we aren't. In the not to distance future we could be buying our refined gasoline from Argentina, not just crude oil.

So far it's been seven years and still no ground broke on a new Refinery in YUMA (thank you green-whackos) and today I read that Wyoming will not be able to restart a cloud-seeding program (to help break the drought there) this year because of environmental assessments... the greenies OWN the democratic party, and in light of the ANWAR vote, a lot of the Republican party, too.... and in light of his vote John McCain will never, ever, get my vote for dog catcher or anything else again.

It is so incredibly frustrating. PUBS can be led like lemmings by RATS when it comes to environmental issues. The end result is we become dependent upon dictators who control oil. The next problem will be who controls the refining capacity, since we aren't building any new ones and the ones we have are operating at 92% plus capacity. These same dictators who we have to buy oil from are now starting to build "nuclear power plants" and we really can't do much because without the oil our economy is crippled. So when those "nuclear power plants" enrich uranium and then bombs start getting built what are we going to do? Once a nation actually has "the Bomb" you really can't do much besides negotiate.
