and possibly their inclusion on the state's list of sex offenders. While I dont think its right to place them on the sex offenders list for this it would be *REALLY FUNNY*

Actually, there is a legal precedent for women going bottomless, too. Not long ago a woman was found not guility of indecent exposure inasmuch as the distaff sex organs are naturally hidden from view, ie, exposure. No exposure, no crime.

Usually, people would ask for a picture to be posted. I followed the link and saw 5 pictures from the paper. TRUST ME, while not obscene, you do NOT want to go there!!! Most times a little bit of imagination makes this sort of thing better, but NOT THIS TIME!!!!

That argument worked in New York, where it is now no longer a crime for a woman to be topless. I note that it still doesn't happen much, but no arrests if it does.

It is legal in Austin Texas for women to go topless. On any given summer day it is not uncommon to see women at our municipal swimming pools or out on Lake Travis Sans tops! They are more than welcome to protest here but I doubt if anyone would bother to notice.

Sen. Gloria Romero (D-Los Angeles) joined the protesters before their arrests to announce that she would introduce legislation to decriminalize the baring of breasts in public. Assuming some reasonable restrictions on... um... Caliber isn't the right word... Aspect ratio!... That's it... Assuming some reasonable restrictions on aspect ratio, I might be able to support this Democrat idea.
See? I can be bipartisan!
