It's a great idea, but I think they will have trouble because of this statement:

"With your help, trained citizens will once again stand ready in every city, town and village across America, equipped and trained to defend their homes, their families and their communities against those who would take away our birthrights."

Lefties and soccer moms who might be attracted to the program while thinking of fun marksmanship contests and Revolutionary War reenactments will not react well to the real reason behind the Second Amendment. It would be better to ease them into shooting by describing how much fun it is.

I'm happy to see Jews supporting this. I guess they see the importance of gun ownership in light of the holocaust. Hitler made gun ownership by citizens illegal in Nazi Germany. In the movie 'Failsafe' there is a line that says it all: "If every German was greeted by a Jew with a gun, would the holocaust have happened?"
Probably Not!!!
