seems like if there's one thing this age doesn't get, it's how to shut up.

photographs posted on the Worldwide Web could endanger lives. For instance, photos of combat operations and destroyed military equipment could provide the enemy with clues about U.S. vulnerabilities

A visit to well-known "progressive" sites can be very informative about just how they support the troops. On one (not DU) they are promoting a book of photos taken by independent photographers in Iraq. Of course all the photos support the "insurgents."

It's likely that the photos include destroyed U.S. military equipment.

Regardless, what about opinions posted by American civilians opposed to the war. What kind of warm fuzzy feelings can the enemy get from reading their opinions?

Should the photographers warn U.S. troops of any impending danger? was a question.

Though it's "murky," no was the consensus. To wit, "They are fighting against the occupiers, and unfortunately, that's us."

So just like Viet Nam: Keep fighting, you enemies of the U.S.! Down to the last man if you must. American civilians and Washington itself will hand you victory.
