This is the nasty professor who went after this female freshman for inviting Scott Rutter to speak at their local community college. The professor went on to say that our soldiers should execute their commanding officers in Iraq.
Rebecca Beach, the student involved, told her side of the story today in New York on Kevin McCullough's show. She is slated to be on Hannity and Colmes tonight .

she was just on the radio...did not have a lawyer ...YET
I wonder how this prof would feel if someone suggested that college students frag their liberal professors?
She's been all over the place for the last 24 hours.
She is one very sharp 19 year old. I see a political future for this young lady.
Just heard her on Hannity. One of those days I wish I had cable so I could see H & L tonight. Someone please give a good report! Please.

HERNDON, VA Warren Community College English professor, John Daly, said that Real freedom will come when soldiers in Iraq turn their guns on their superiors. Rebecca Beach, a freshman at Warren Community College in Washington, New Jersey, received this unexpected reply to a recent email she sent the faculty at her school announcing the appearance of decorated Iraq war hero, Lt. Col. Scott Rutter, on Thursday, November 17 to discuss Americas accomplishments in Iraq.
In the email, Daly told Rebecca that he will ask students in his English and writing classes to boycott the event and also vowed to expose [her] right-wing, anti-people politics until groups like [Rebeccas] wont dare show their face on a college campus. Dalys mean spirited and hateful comments were directed at Rebecca for organizing Lt. Col. Scott Rutter and for hanging up fliers contrasting the number of people killed under communism to those liberated under Ronald Reagan.
Since Professor John Daly has created a hostile learning environment for Rebecca, she is demanding that Warren Community College President William Austin institute seminars on free speech and sensitivity to teach intolerant leftists, such as Daly, to be respectful of differing opinion
Dalys insane email to Rebecca also claimed that CAPTIALISM has killed many more people than communism [emphasis his] and that the poor and working class people are recruited to fight and die for EXXON and other corporations.
John Daly was hired to teach English, not to verbally attack students and lead leftist protests, said Jason Mattera, spokesman for Young Americas Foundation.
The full unedited text of Dalys email follows.

I am asking my students to boycott your event. I am also going to ask others to boycott it. Your literature and signs in the entrance lobby look like fascist propaganda and is extremely offensive. Your main poster "Communism killed 100,000,000" is not only untrue, but ignores the fact that CAPITALISM has killed many more and the evidence for that can be seen in the daily news papers. The U.S. government can fly to dominate the people of Iraq in 12 hours, yet it took them five days to assist the people devastated by huricane Katrina. Racism and profits were key to their priorities. Exxon, by the way, made $9 Billion in profits this last quarter--their highest proft margin ever. Thanks to the students of WCCC and other poor and working class people who are recruited to fight and die for EXXON and other corporations who earning megaprofits from their imperialist plunders. If you want to count the number of deaths based on political systems, you can begin with the more than a million children who have died in Iraq from U.S.-imposed sanctions and war. Or the million African American people who died from lack of access to healthcare in the US over the last 10 years.
I will continue to expose your right-wing, anti-people politics until groups like your won't dare show their face on a college campus. Real freedom will come when soldiers in Iraq turn their guns on their superiors and fight for just causes and for people's needs--such freedom fighters can be counted throughout American history and they certainly will be counted again.
Prof. John Daly
Isn't Tenure great?
Keep sending emails, forwarding to friends, and calling... this is beginning to gather steam on a national level. In the (imagined) words of (that commie bastard) John Daly, uh..... SOLIDARITY! Solidarity to get this DUmmy fired, that is.

I agree with everything she is doing, but why would she need a lawyer at this time? She has not been injured or suffered any damages, yet.
My Virginia taxes are paying for this buffoon? I really have to write my local state legislator.
Oh...he has every right to his views, but by God, he had better allow everyone else their's.
This little scumbag better never meet me in public...
Clint N. Suhks? A pal of Hilla Reswalos?
The English professor wrote this sentence?
Your literature and signs in the entrance lobby look like fascist propaganda and is extremely offensive.
I accuse him of murdering the English language as he should know about subject verb agreement!
He's not merely "nasty," he is evil. Certainly there will not be "real" academic freedom, and "real" intellectual freedom of thought, as long as brainwashed leftists like this run rampant on campuses.
I just checked out the Warren County Community College website. Either this scumbag professor doesn't have an e-mail address, or they've taken it down temporarily.
Based on the addresses of some of the other faculty, however, I'm guessing that it would be firstname.lastname@example.org, or email@example.com
If this had happened to a black student, the ACLU would be all over it like white on rice. They're violating their own Anti-Harassment policy, not to mention her civil and Constitutionally-guaranteed rights.
Warren Community College Anti-Harassment Policy
It is the responsibility of everyone (trustees, faculty, administrators, staff, students and visitors) to maintain an academic/work environment free from harassment of any kind whatsoever for all students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Students and all College personnel are required to maintain an environment that allows students, faculty and staff to enjoy the full benefits of their learning and/or work experience. The use of implicit or explicit sexual attention or other discriminatory behavior to control, influence, or affect the performance or status of an individual is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. It is the responsibility of all (trustees, faculty, administrators, staff and students) to be knowledgeable about sexual harassment and discriminatory behavior, the College policy against behavior, and to inform the Director of Human Resources (Sharon Hintz), who is the Colleges designated Compliance Officer, any manager or supervisor of any and all allegations of sexual harassment or discriminatory behavior received or observed. Prompt reporting will allow reasonable steps to be taken to investigate and remediate the situation. Any student, faculty member, staff, administrative employee, trustee or visitor to the College, determined to have violated this Anti-harassment Policy will be subject to immediate and appropriate disciplinary sanctions. Sanctions for employees may include oral reprimand, written reprimand, probation, suspension (with or without pay), or dismissal from employment. Sanctions for students may include a warning notice, probation, suspension, or expulsion. Non-employees who violate this Policy may be subject to partial or full restriction of their use of the College facilities and access to the campus. The College reserves sole discretion regarding the imposition, enforcement and severity of any disciplinary action taken.
This Policy refers to, but is not limited to, harassment for the following reasons: (1) Age, (2) Race, (3) Ancestry, (4) National Origin, (5) Religion, (6) Gender, (7) Affectational or Sexual Orientation, (8) Marital Status, (9) Handicap, (10) Creed, (11) Engagement in protected activity, (12) Veterans Status, or (13) Sex or atypical hereditary cellular or blood trait of any individual; and any other protected category to be subsequently included in the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination. Harassment shall include words or behaviors or the display or circulation of written materials or pictures degrading individuals or members of any protected category as listed herein. Any harassment whatsoever of Warren County Community Colleges students, faculty, staff or trustees by other members of the Colleges student body, faculty, staff or trustees will not be permitted, regardless of the relationship whether on or off campus. Such behavior undermines the employment relationship and educational atmosphere by potentially creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment and will not be tolerated by Warren County Community College.
Has Rush made any mention of this yet?
no amount of higher education is a cure for a congenital bum.
Just look at the Congress.

Warren County Community College is a "students first" college where learning without limits is always the main goal. We maintain a mission of building a community of learners through accessible, quality learning opportunities designed to meet personal aspirations for all students.
It has been brought to the administration's attention that a part-time instructor, Mr. John Daly, speaking for himself and using his personal email, sent a message to a student representing the Young Americans for Freedom in response to a personal email from her requesting him to announce an upcoming event on the campus. Mr Daly responded to her alone, and expressed his own personal views regarding his beliefs about this group.
The viewpoints of this professor in no way depict the views of Warren County Community College, its administration, or the Board of Trustees. The College does however support the constitution, the first amendment, and the right to free speech.
Additionally, Mr. Daly's message was sent as a one-to-one message, via e-mail, to one person, and not to the college community. Finally, the College is viewing this message as a personnel issue and will be addressing it according to the policies and procedures of the College.
Dr. Austin, college president stated, "I firmly believe every employee and student has first amendment rights, no matter how repugnant I personally find Mr. Daly's statements. Our attorneys have advised us of our obligation to follow state laws, board policies, and college due process in regards to any personnel matter. We are now investigating this matter further."
