Two people die in horrendous car accident
Posted: 11/23/2005 10:27 pm
It is not yet known if weather was the cause of the accident
Niles, MI - A deadly crash occurred Wednesday night near the Indiana/Michigan state line, on south 11th Street in Niles, just north of State Road 933. Two people died in a violent crash that left the cars completely mangled.
At least three other people were hurt.
One car ended up in a building, another smashed up like an accordion.
One witness we spoke to was amazed that anyone was able to walk away.
Linda Miller says, You can see how bad that car is. I was amazed. It was like a Thanksgiving miracle for that woman. She got out of that car, and here I thought she was dead, and she walking around."
The highway was closed for a while as rescuers cleaned up the mess.
Its unknown if weather played a role in the crash.
It's a quagmire. Let's withdraw immediately.
send them all home
BTTT
But I am sure that it is known Bush had a hand in this Thanksgiving tragedy. Just ask CNN
It's time to adopted a policy of cut and run.
"It's time to adopted a policy of cut and run."
Cut out driving and run for the bus!
So, if ya's have to drive tonight ... Be Careful Out There
If we banned bad weather, then we wouldn't have to worry about the health effects of secondhand rain.
Washington County (WI) authorities on Wednesday afternoon identified the three people killed in a fiery crash on Tuesday night.
The accident occurred late Tuesday when the car the three were traveling in went out of control on Scenic Drive, left the road, struck several trees and burst into flames, authorities said.
Or maglev and light rail /williegreen hat.
The news template:
"If it bleeds, it leads"
"(It has not been determined whether or not........ alcohol was.... was not.....) a factor".
"Film at 11:00".
Time for background checks and a waiting period. Bet most of those people were murdered by SUVs (4*4s that act of their own volition with evil intent).
A few weeks ago, there were 2 who bought the farm around here. People think SUVs are safer, and they were driving a friggin' Land Rover -- it did NOTHING to protect them, and they were only going like 50 mph.
I don't think they had belts on, however.
I'd rather drive a nimble car and die by my own reflexes, than buy a tank and not be able to control my last glorious moment of disaster.
Actually, sex was the top story tonight - female teacher having her way with a 17 year old student. Sex sells.
If one of these vehicles is a SUV, you know who'll get the blame.
>>>"I don't think they had belts on, however"<<<
The SUV knew and the Nanny Cops didn't! SUV WON and the Tax Collectors LOST.
First come First Served, it's a Jungle out there!
TT
The best bumper sticker I've seen states:
Hang Up... And Drive!
Y'all be careful out there...
My daughter's best friend and her parents were driving down from Maryland to N.C for Thanksgiving yesterday and were involved in a four-car accident. Mom was killed instantly, Dad has multiple fractures and is on a repirator but is expected to make it, the girl has no serious injuries. When,if ever, will the carnage on our highways end?
(Where is the liberal outrage? I would bet that one third of fatal traffic accidents are preventable.)
