Just da Cities, they are pressing for it State wide. Some of the Minneapolis businesses are pressing for it because "hey they screwed me so let us screw everyone." How about this, how about you unscrew "da Cities" instead.

it's a blue county thing. look at a map of what areas of MN voted DFL (aka Dumb Friggin' Liberal), you'll see population dense areas went DFL. the closer to the tall buildings, the more mental illness.look what crowding does for rats.
