Can anyone please explain to me why this guy was only sentenced to 6 months of detainment, 2 in jail and 4 at home??? WTF? I thought conspiring to raise funds for terror groups was all part of the PATRIOT ACT and would have severe penalties? Sure, he's getting deported. But he was still roaming free after serving his time. After this, I am not expecting Lynne Stewart to get mmuch more than any time already served. So much for war on terror.

I'm hoping for a comeback of frontier justice. It's the only way this country can survive fruit cake judges with rainbow robes, whining, crying ACLU lawyers, BS artist journalists, and liberals who would surrender this country to someone who crossed the border on their stomach.

It's mind boggling. I heard only part of this story the other day and thought it was great. Then I readd the whole story. Pretty sickening that this guy was not only freed, but we had to wait all that time to deport him.

As I read it, the authorities have the go ahead to commence deportation procedings,by the judge. Also something about an appellate court ruling being as yet not ruled.

I still want to know WHY these scumbags get deported instead of locked up or executed, all the deportation does is cut them loose to continue the same thing they have been doing or worse.
