The public doesn't see enough of the good work the U.S. Army and the rest of our military are doing all over the world.
I reduced the size of these images -- the Army has the full-resolution pictures are their website (link above).

Right! Thanx for the pics!
If the photos don't come through because of bandwidth problems, I think you can check back in a few hours.
They came through just fine for me, great, great stuff! Why do we never see these shots on the Sunday morning shows?
Oh nevermind.
Great photos. Thanks so much.

Call me a cynic? Or a realist?

But if you want to say we shouldn't do this work, then I disagree. We don't good good because we expect a reward -- we do good work because it's the right thing to do. When I see the hurt children we're helping, that's enough reward.
I suspect there are lots of children in our own and ally countries that would benefit from some outside help.... At least then, we wouldn't be aiding those that are more than likely to become our enemy -- by virtue of their "cult of hate and conquest" and "tribal" beliefs..
It has amazes me, that Arab nations of incredible wealth -- don't rush the funds or means to assist their own "Arab brothers and sisters" -- yet scream their heads off when we kill or imprison those attacking us...
I remain a firm believer that charity begins at HOME.... Then to our friends and allies..... Lastly to our vocal enemy -- if they and their ALLIES are also helping.

Well if you're unhappy about what we're doing in Pakistan, I'm not going to argue with you. When I look at these photos, I see something that's different from what you seem to see.
A polite and diplomatic "assistance" -- but not the lead role or wallet -- as we were in all three of the mentioned scenarios.
