Post only the names of stores using Christmas in their advertising or in some other overt way.

Just here for a ready reference

John Gibson as well. Do you know of other stores overtly using "Christmas?"

I've noticed that some of the smaller businesses, locally, use the term "Happy Holidays" in their ads, but only because they're too cheap to have two seperate commercials produced: one for before Christmas and one to run between Christmas and New Years. So they make a one-commercial-fits all commitment.

Hobby Lobby is run by the same people who run Mardel's which is a Christian book store. I found this out when I tried to go there on a Sunday... they are closed.

Nice. In spite of the fact that was my ex-boyfriend's favorite store, I may actually shop there because of how boldly they display the word. (No objections whatsoever to wishing folks happy Hanukkah or Kwanzaa by the way. Just sick of using "Holidays" in place of Christmas).

Would be kinda interesting to see what would happen if all of the churches across our land decided to celebrate christmas on April 9th in 2007. :)

Pottery Barn would rather die than say Christmas judging from their website; kmart isn't using it in any overt manner; JC Penney doesn't appear to be using it (at least overtly); Lowes has gotten in trouble for their "holiday Trees" which are "Christmas" trees in Spanish. Target stores aren't using it yet.

I have purchased Christmas trees from Lowe's in the past but I am not going there this year for that very reason.

There's a christmas tree farm about 2 miles from my home. Really cool place where you go out with the family and cut down your own tree. They have bow saws etc there. Covers about half of a square mile and has christmas trees about every 10 feet. Christmas music playing.... etc. It's a fun time.
