He did? Hmm...interesting. I like John Wayne. Just watched True Grit the other day. Great movie classic.

The only man who has a license to wear jewlery and pink T-shirts is Mr. T.

I pity the fool who disagrees!

On most men, it looks stupid.

It can work in Rennfaire settings...the torques, wrist and arm bands etc can be very appealing.

But on a guy in a suit,
erm,

no.

It's an Egyptian symbol. No one's really sure what it signifies, but there are theories that it's a symbol of life. (as opposed to death).

Yup. He wore a gold bracelet, seen in movies such as the Green Berets and True Grit. He also wore a POW bracelet for Capt. Stephen P Hanson. Lastly, he was awarded a silver 'Yard' bracelet by the Montagnard People of Vietnam. (See: John Wayne's Bracelets)

That watch is too girly.

I bought an auction watch that looked all feminine in the picture. I forget the maker. Anyway, when I got it I swear it looked like a gay man's watch. It was feminine but LARGE! I returned it. My husband wouldn't be caught dead wearing it (it was his size), and frankly neither would I.

What really gets me is the grown men who wear those "live strong" bracelets. What grown man wants to wear a cheap plastic trinket?

(Yes, I am an Aggie.)

Then I'll be sure to type my reply verrrry slooowly.

Did you get the shiny ring - and don't you find it distracting?

(hey - I'm the son of an Aggie - but I'm in therapy and working on getting over it)

Only thing I ever wore around my neck were my dogtags and a bandolier. No necklaces for me.

Okay I was wrong about bracelets. They can be manly too. That was a great link. Thanks.

Where on your list does he fall?

He falls on my list as "Don't mess with this cat, he can wear whatever he wants" Which is different than most metrosexuals. Waaaaaay different.

Yeah. I think chains are things women buy for men. Women like them so they figure their men will like them. LOL!
