These Uncle Sam cartoons are great, but they aren't the one... In this one, he's kind of getting up from a crouch/squat, with the rubble of manhattan in the background. Great one, very moving.
The internet rocks. When else in history could you get the answer for ANYTHING?

Classic!It sure as hell is-- the admin people use it for fund raising but it's so appropriate that I swiped it and put it on my own web posting thing. Link to it as you wish-- my feeling is that the doom'n'gloom people need to know how they appear to others.
