Looking For Editoral Rush Read Thursday, About Colts Monday Night Game, As If It Were War On Terror

Posted on 12/02/2005 10:38:20 PM PST by RavenATB

Rush Limbaugh read an editorial, yesterday. It was a piece which described the Colts game on Monday night, as it would be described if it were an American journalist writing about the "War On Terrorism."

Does anyone have a copy of that editorial, or a URL?

Thanks...

I want to see hard evidence before I believe it. It doesn't seem like any such evidence will be forthcoming. I remain skeptical.

But like Bettis, I will add that "The possibility exists."

Yet another reason why indoor football is gay and should be banned.

After last years lose to New England in the playoffs I was against a new stadium for the Colts. In fact I advocated them having to play their games outside at Butler University. Then I realized that I would be sitting in the cold watching some of these games.

Football fans are supposed to be vikings and visigoths, not nacho-munching pansies.

"noise gate" ----- This story has no merit and is gratuitous.

You must not ever have been an offensive lineman in a big time situation ........ but I will offer to you that your silly words are uninformed and half of "offensive lineman".

;-)

It's best to remain silent when you have few clues.

Huh! That's the first I'd, uh, heard of it.

I'm not inclined to jump on board with conspiracy theories. But if even one incident is established, it'd call all of Indy's home field victories in the "Perfect Season" into question.

The game should NEVER be decided by enhanced crowd noise..

heh..I knew there had to be some reason for that opening 2nd half call by Cowher but I never suspected NOISE ;-)>

What did ya think of that call?

Cowher is an arrogant.......... stubborn man .......... who is always late to put up his Christmas lights.

And he is a choker in nearly ANY important game.

'Nuf said...........

I have ended rooting for the Stillers because he's just like any other loser who cannot win the big game................. a BUM!

Seriously............. I don't know whether it was Earl Weaver who showed up at his team's hotel in a bellhop outfit just to loosen them up during the Worls Series, but that is the kind of thing that The TIGHT ASS COHWER should try some damn time. He's a guy who has no real sense of irony.......... so he will always be just "seconds".............. and unfortunately, the proud blowfish will take all his excellent players with him. Always the bridesmaid.

Bill Cowher............... you are Jim Leyland.............. spitting.

Strange call................... but I thought it was cool!

The play was badly executed................ but the Stillers were getting their butts wiped anyhow.

Had to try something.

Maybe the Stillers should have tried a "Murtha" ..........and surrendered.

;-)

That call might very well have been Bill Cowher's jump over the shark. It is the most idiotic thing I've seen from the Steelers since they promoted Slash to full-time QB. [spit]

Cowher needs to pull his head out of his ass and show some balls. When he made that call, the Steelers were in the game. As soon as the ball was kicked, the game was over.

Yeah, that's pretty much my take except it's my opinion he thinks with his balls instead of his head. Of course my team's the Redskins so what right do I have to talk.

I think there can only be one rational explanation for what's going on...

ALIENS!
