Wouldn't it be LT Kerry? I think the rank abbreviation, like Teresa Heinz Kerry, doesn't have periods.
Incompetents like Kerry have no right to even speak the name of Ghengis Khan who was a victorious military genius. I am repulsed by the fact that such an incompetent, yellow piece of shiftless human waste would sully the name of the great Khan by comparing some action he may have taken part in to that of the first khan and ruler of the mongols. It would be no greater insult to a persons honor than if one would compare the failed and Incompetent Jimmy Carter to Winston Churchill.

Take a look at his DD-214 - Conveniently, he seems to regularly fail to provide anyone with THAT little bit of 'clarification', it seems (nor anything about any OFFICIAL DISCIPLINE he may have received after his little jaunt to Paris, either.)
