The Cleveland Browns will freak the nation Sunday, December 11th!
Posted on 12/08/2005 6:50:02 AM PST by HankReardon
My beloved Cleveland Browns with a record of 4-8 on the season are headed for Cincinnati to play the much lauded Bengals who are 9-3 on the year.
Could it happen!? You know it! If the Browns can pull off the upset on Sunday, what sweet stunner that would be!
I couldn't find a Brown's post more recent than following their victory over "da bears" a couple of months ago, so I thought I'd put something out there.
GO BROWNS! FREAK THE NATION!

GO BROWNS! FREAK THE NATION! Which nation, the Bengal nation? ....because I strongly suspect the rest of the nation would respond with a big "yawn."

Would this be a "Full Cleveland" ?
To: HankReardon
Yes I realize it will be very big someplaces. But I am afraid it would be more in the "Freak Ohio" category. When the beat the Colts, then it would be "Freak the Nation".

I knew you all would love my fanatical rant! What do you mean by a "full Cleveland"?

Gotta wonder if Romeo regrets leaving New England?

This should really be in Breaking News.
Very important stuff here.

Romeo will turn that franchise around, and I'm not a Cleveland fan.

The least important game of the week:
The Detroit Lions at the Green Bay Packers on National TV Sunday night.

The Bengal D will have it's hands full trying to stop Kellen Winslow Jr and Braylon Edwards.
Oh, wait. I forgot. Bengals. LARGE.

I rooted for Cleveland when I lived near Pittsburgh in the 70's.
