Project Serpo Website (UFO Alert - Nov '05 - Really Weird)
Project Serpo - Red Book ^ | Nov 2005 - Ongoing | Bill Ryan

The purpose of this site

This site is not authored by anyone with direct access to confidential information. Rather, its purpose is to present to the public information that has been released, and to examine that information in a clear, balanced and intelligent light.

The background of the information

The information began to be released on 2 November 2005 by a retired senior official within the US Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) who calls himself “Anonymous”. Until he chooses to make his name known, this is the way he will be represented here. Anonymous reports that he is not acting individually and is part of a group of six DIA personnel working together as an alliance: three current and three former employees. He is their chief spokesman.

LOL! Nope, somehow his amazingly researched and knowledgeable information did not come to pass.

If an alien society were technologically advanced enough to design, build, and operate a conveyance that physically travelled between insanely distant planets, how come it crashed in bad weather?

Excellent point. If the Roswell incident is true, the answer might be that they wanted to make contact in a way that made themselves seem less threatening. Ergo, "oops, well I guess you have found me out."

Now read what Whitley Strieber says about the visitors in Transformation...

"I felt an absolutely indescribable sense of menace. It was hell on earth to be there [in the presence of the entities], and yet I couldn't move, couldn't cry out, couldn't get away. I'd lay as still as death, suffering inner agonies. Whatever was there seemed so monstrously ugly, so filthy and dark and sinister. Of course they were demons. They had to be. And they were here and I couldn't get away."

"There is a complete lack of a sense of utter amazement and wonder regarding the findings of 12 people travelling and living with another civilization located 38.43 light years from earth. "

Like I said, this stuff has been peddled in different packages many times over.
That is a good call, I didn't put my finger on it, but it all seems like: Yep, we met some aliens. Rather than: Oh my gosh, there's someone else! Look at this!

Your BS meter seems to be functioning very well.

I've never read any of his anal-probe stuff. But I am familiar with "Warday" and "Nature's End", both of which I enjoyed mucho.

If you poke around the Serpo site, you'll find that the amiable aliens our team visited said that there were malevolent species in the stars, they had contact with them, had exterminated at least one, and managed to avoid the others.

No, I missed that part. However, I do know that Sagan wrote the book for money (and because he had little to lose). He was already terminally ill and wanted to provide for his family.

I doubt it. Contact was published in 1985, 11 years before Sagan's death. I don't think he was terminally ill that long.

Oh, I dunno. Consider the composition of the team: military officers and ultra-specialists in brainy fields.

THe level of reporting we read on the Serpo site is about what I'd expect from such a collection.

Not that I think it's true, one word of it. I'm just saying that I would expect any such group to produce a work about the most astonishing discovery in the history of humankind such that it would require a stiff chair and a thermos of robust coffee to get through.

I don't believe it. But, like I said, it doesn't cost to entertain the possiblity. It's great fun, and cheap entertainment.
Besides, I personally believe there are others out there, somewhere. Now if there has been contact, that's a whole different story.
I personally enjoy the speculation that we are "seeded" here, chariots of the gods type stuff.
And not that doesn't preclude a belief in God, I just don't believe every word of the Bible is to be taken literally.

After having read John Mack's experiences with abductees, I lean rather strongly toward believing these people had extremely traumatic experiences. However, I am not so sure that I think they are visiters from another planet or solar system so much as from another dimension.

Additionally, their interaction with humans has been far from benign. Abductees are psychological scarred from being plucked against their will over a long period of time and for what seems to be sexually oriented experimentation with a possible goal of genetic engineering. All abductees described the experience as "rape."

I ascribe more to the theory that these visitors are the same creatures that have been visiting earth (or humans, at least) since the beginning of recorded time. Even Genesis and the apocryphal Book of Enoch makes mention of such creatures.

Long story short, some people believe, from their MO of abduction and genetic manipulation that they are "the fallen" who are hurriedly trying to create a hybrid we might otherwise know as "the Beast" or "the AntiChrist."

Boo!

One thing that always bothered me about the Roswell Incident was why Major Marcell was never given a competancy hearing and forced to resign from the Air Force.

I mean c'mon.. he misidentified a weather balloon for a flying saucer? Coupled with the fact he was THE Intel officer at the base? It was his JOB to know every single thing that flew in the air. That's what an Intel Officer does.

Marcel was the security office of the ONLY nuclear force in the world in '47, I think he would know the difference between a weather balloon and a crashed ufo.

By the way, Jesse Marcel Jr. MD, is on record as saying his father showed him a small I-beam shape with some sort of markings on it, like hieroglyphics, not a piece of balsa wood from a balloon!

I was unimpressed by the information on the web site. It left a lot to be desired as to pertainent information. I've read this same type of conspiracy hype before on many similar subjects. No way to check or verify anything.

Nope! I ain't buying it!

There was a time we thought going faster than 50mph would kill a man.

And so it has, countless times.

Add to this, we are only 2 years out from a Major World War. America is for all intents and purposes, still on a war Footing. That's our mentality, especially with the Soviet Union trying desparately to get ahold of our Atomic bomb secrets.

I read this whole thing yesterday, because there was a post on Free Republic about a guest on Coast-to-Coast who was talking about this Sepco exchange program.

It was interesting reading. I'm always willing to read about ET's.

I have a question.

Does anyone remember the names of the couple (and the approximate year) who were supposedly taken aboard a spacecraft out of their automobile in New York. They were examined and tested, etc. and then their memories of it were erased. It was an interracial couple. The man was black; the woman was white. They neither one talked to each other about it until they started having flashes of memory. A book was written about it.

One thing I recall about that abduction is that the ET showed the woman a chart of the universe, showing the location of their planet. She re-drew the chart some time later. I wonder how that chart compares to the chart presented in this Sepco website.

Anyone remember their names?

I'll answer my own question. I got lucky when I searched the Internet.

It was Betty and Barney Hill, in 1961.
