Great idea! Since Christmas is so offensive to them, they're on my Christmas card list right now.
What exactly does "Kabbala Kwanzaa" mean? It sounds like gibberish (and probably is.) It is actually based on some language or was it just more hokum made up by the con man who invented the holiday?
It was hokum made up by me. I opened the Encarta dictionary, typed in "k," and then scrolled down until I saw a word that looked like it would work. Kabbala means "set of mystical beliefs." Perfect!
If we put "Wishing You a Merry Christmas" on the front, I'd be afraid they'd toss the card out. I might write "Contribution Enclosed" instead and throw in a nickel or two to make sure they open it.
Now that's funny right there, I don't care who you are!
My gift to the ACLU is eminently practical.
I'm giving evch and every ACLU'er "the Oreck Challenge" together with my personal greetings on where they can stick it.
Remember the skit on Saturday Night Live some years (or decades) ago? Cathy Ladman, in the role of Mary: "Ach! I hate the Wisemans! They bring such bad gifts! Who brings myrrh to a baby shower?"

Last night the wife and I went to a CHRISTMAS concert, with actual CHRISTMAS carols and HYMNS sun by the CITY sponsored choral group. It was held in the CITY HIGH SCHOOL performing arts center and sponsored by the CITY parks department with the CITY fire department collecting items for the food bank.
PS, The COURT HOUSE oath ends with, "so help me, GOD."

You have it wrong.It is not the ACLU but the UALCU.The first U stands for Un.
Think I'll copy and print out a copy of that Nativity alert chart for my boss. She was LIVID that I signed the company "seasons greetings" card with "Merry Christmas". Said we may lose business if someone is offended! I'm lucky I didn't lose my job (yet).
