Yeah. So, Rudy carries South Carolina, Texas and Mississippi, too?

I don't want him. Pro choice+ Pro Gun Control=Rhino. He is very good in a crisis as we all know, but politically he is closer to Teddy Kennedy than he is to GWB and GWB is already too liberal for my tastes.

But whatever they say to a pollster, when it came down to Rudy vs. Hillary for the Presidency in 2008, I'm betting New Yorkers would vote for the default Democrat over the 9/11 folk hero.

Take your pick a liberal New York Senator or a Liberal New York Governor or a liberal New York City Mayor?..............Like do you want to die by Firing Squad, Electric Chair or Lethal Injection?..........

Don't know about that, but he will carry Georgia - They polled Georgia last week and he is leading. Things will change by 2007. The polls now will change dramatically I'm sure by then.

If he wins the primary as the P or is selected as the VP candidate, then yes, he'll carry all those states.

Not really - I'm a NYer and I speak to alot of Dems here In NYC and they do NOT want Hillary to run for president. They will definitely vote for Rudy over Hillary if it comes to that but I don't think it will - I think someone else will be the nominee. Its too early yet.

But you've previously posted numerous times that you won't vote for Tom DeLay or any Republican.

Amen to that.
If Rudi or any other RINO gets the Republican nomination Constitution Party all the way. I'd rather vote for good than a lesser evil.

Do you want Hillary Rodham Clinton to run for president in 2008?
Yes 31%
No 57%
Undecided 12%

Only 31% of New Yorkers want Hillary to run? I doubt the results of this entire survey.

Well, we've got a lot of crises coming up, and we can't afford a President of either party who isn't good in a crisis. Otherwise, there won't be an America left by 2016 in which to have the liberal-conservative social policy debate.

Liberal as Rudy may be, the other potential Republican candidates aren't exactly filling me with confidence in their leadership abilities.

Actually, in a race against almost any Democrat, Giuliani would likely carry those states.

Now the voters in these states may not be crazy about Giuliani's policies but I cannot fathom them voting for Hillary Clinton or Russ Feingold.

I'd vote for Giuliani. Very willingly.

Its true. Believe me - Most Dems I talk to here in NYC don't want Hillary to run for president. They don't care about her being a Senator but President? NEVER!

Amazing, isn't it...that a lot of folks opine, regarding George Allen, that a senator has never attained the Oval office, yet many of these same people have no qualms whatsoever with a former mayor heading the ticket.

Rudy is a gun grabbing, for the murder of unborn babies and left wing.
If he is forced down the throat of the Republican Party.
I will vote CP.

He screamed worse than Dean about Florida allowing people to buy guns.

One huge problem in politics is the favorite son types instead of the best man for the job.
