Glock 23s hold 13 in the mag and one in the pipe. My G19 (9mm)uses a 15 round magazine.

I know the SW99 9mm has 16; the .40 cal. carries 12. Same as the Walther P99 it's a licensed version of.
Are you still using the Ban-era "civilian" mags?

does a glock 40 really have 9 bullets in the magazine ? The full-size version (the Glock 22 - 4-1/2" barrel) holds 15 rounds in the mag; the compact version (the Glock 23 - 4" barrel) hold 13 rounds in the mag; and the subcompact version (the Glock 27 - 3-1/2" barrel) hold 9 rounds in the mag.

Yes, along with 9 shellcases, 9 primers and 9 charges of powder.
Bullets are to cartridges as cement is to concrete or flour is to bread..................etceteras. Probably best to describe the entire assembly, rather than a component.

With the +1 base plate a Glock 27 holds 10 rounds and one in the pipe to make 11. A Glock 22 mag can hold up to 17.
I indeed own 29 round mags.
My condolences on your owning a SW semi.
