LOL! I heard that guy on Coast to Coast one night and he's 100% certifiably insane. He's been asked to call UFO's before to prove his claim, but invariably fails and blames the "negative unbelieving energy waves" or somesuch nonsense from the observers for the failure.
He's hilarious to listen to though, I'll give him that.
